“A journal for the perpetuation of spectulative fiction, genre fiction, folklore, and mythology. Our goal is to elaborate on the importance of the ‘untrue’ in modern society by creating a space for the largest lies of literature.”

The Blog
Throughout the year, The Spectatorial maintains a blog. Here, students can share their hot takes on speculative books, films, video games, and other media. Critical commentary, essays, and reviews are all welcome in this space.

The Journal
The Spectatorial publishes at least one volume every academic term to showcase student work. The journal highlights creative works of speculative fiction and is a labor of love from all those involved. Visual arts, writing, editing, and creativity meet to create a volume filled with little bits of personality from all involved.
